Who goes on Cat Mitty tours?
Mostly adults travelling as couples, pairs of friends or small families. The group never has more than eight people, so the ages mix well and most guests end up swapping stories by day two.
How do I book?
Press Request this tour on the tour page and fill in the short form. A manager calls you within 48 hours, confirms the price and sends a written proposal. Nothing is charged on the website.
Are the prices on the tour pages final?
They are guide prices per person. The final figure depends on dates, flights and the size of the group, so the manager confirms it on the phone and in the written proposal.
Are flights included?
Yes. Each tour includes return flights from Prague, and a minibus that takes the group from the hotel to the airport and back.
Can I come to the hotel without taking a tour?
Of course. The rooms, the kitchen and the bar are open to any guest, with or without a tour.
Do you run tours in winter?
No. We stay home from November to March, when the harbours are shut and the roads are slow, and we use the time to plan the following year.
Is there a minimum age?
Tours are designed for adults. Children are welcome by arrangement; please tell us their ages when you write.
What about food allergies?
Tell us when you write and again on the first evening. Our guides carry a small card in the local language for each of the tour countries.
May I pet the cats?
Ask first, and offer the back of a hand. If the cat leans into it, you may carry on; if it walks away, it has other plans.
What if I need to change plans?
Write to the desk as soon as you know. We will do our best to find another date or another tour, and we will tell you plainly what is possible.
