These terms cover the use of this website. A tour request sent from the site is the start of a conversation, not a purchase; how it becomes a contract is described in the booking terms.

For adults

The website is intended for people aged 18 and over. The front page asks the question, and the hotel asks it again, with a document, at the door of the first-floor salon.

No games of chance online

This website runs no games of chance, accepts no bets, keeps no player accounts and handles no payments. Any play takes place in one room of Cat Mitty Hotel in Litomyšl and nowhere online.

Accuracy, and what is not an offer

We keep the pages up to date, but routes, opening hours and seasons change. Prices on tour pages are guide prices, and nothing on the site is a binding offer: a tour is agreed only when you receive and accept our written proposal. Package tours fall under the Czech Civil Code, and the organiser’s insolvency insurance under Act No. 159/1999 Coll. is named in that proposal.

Words, pictures and drawings

The texts, photographs and drawings on this site belong to Cat Mitty or are used with permission. You may share a link or quote a sentence with credit; please ask before reusing anything else.

Links to other sites

A few pages link to official sources such as public helplines. We are not responsible for the content of those sites, but we check the links when we review these terms.

In the house

Guests of the hotel follow its house rules, which are kept at the front desk and include quiet hours after eleven and the age rule at the salon door.

Accessibility

We aim for pages that work with a keyboard and a screen reader and that read well at any size. Tell us what fails for you and we will put it right.

Liability

We are responsible for the website to the extent Czech law provides and do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded, including under consumer law.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by Czech law, and disputes go to the Czech courts with jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protection of the law of their own country of residence where it applies. Questions go to [email protected] or to the front desk at the address below.
