Nineteen rooms in three kinds
Pick a window
Every room has a window that opens, a bed that is longer than it needs to be and a cat-free pillow, since the house cats stay on the ground floor. We do not list rates here; the desk answers questions about availability by phone or mail.

Square rooms
On the second floor, with cream linen, sheer curtains and a window across the old tiled roofs of the square. In the morning you hear the stall holders setting up; light sleepers should say so when they write.

Attic rooms
Twin rooms under the roof, with pale timber beams, a round window and a pink tiled stove that still works in winter. Quiet enough to sleep through a whole Litomyšl morning.

The stucco suite
A bedroom and a sitting room on the second floor, under an ornate plaster ceiling, with a coral chesterfield sofa and an oak parquet floor. Popular for the night before a long tour.
Small things worth knowing
- The attic rooms are reached by a second, steeper stair, so pick the second floor if the climb will trouble you.
- Breakfast is served in the room next to the hall from half past seven.
- The house is quiet after eleven, and the market starts at six on Saturdays.
- Pets are welcome on request; guests with allergies should tell the desk, who will decide which cat sleeps where.
